On behalf of the Turkish subsidiary of Webasto GCS / Turkey SMA provides 49 air-conditioning inverters. The systems are going to be used in the modernized trams in the Turkish city of Bursa, 250 km south of Istanbul. Operator of the local trains is Burulaş. The air conditioning inverter transforms an input voltage of 1,500 V DC to an output voltage of 3 x 400 V AC, 36 kVA. Deliveries will begin in May 2011, and end in September 2011.
