On April 19, 2010 SMA Railway Technology GmbH and Alstom Transport signed the LP 150 contract. SMA was recognized as one of Alstoms "Leading partner." The award ceremony was held in Alstoms headquarter in Paris.

Thus, SMA is one of Alstom´s 150 major suppliers aiming for a common and sustainable growth in the railway market. Within a long term partnership the leading partners of Alstom will develop and provide innovative and competitive products, fulfilling Alstom´s high requirements concerning quality and service.
