SMA develops and manufactures airconditioning inverters for the Japanese air-conditioning system manufacturer Mitsubishi Electric with headquarters in Nagasaki. Melco has commissioned SMA with the manufacture of air-conditioning inverters for the air-conditioning systems of a European high-speed train. The project comprises the delivery of 275 air-conditioning inverters, which operate with a three-phase PWM input voltage (3 x 400 V) and have a capacity of 6 kVA. The delivery time period is from June 2010 to July 2011.
